Future projects are part of the Table to Garden Program. They offer members a holistic, sustainable, honest and realistic approach to employment, creating positive workplace environments and on the job training. Each project offers a range of opportunities to members who are interested in:

How does this work?

Every project is part of our Global Effort project Fonikx. We partner with social investors who are willing to invest and support our projects which Growth Management Consulting Group project manages. Within the Fonikx project, there are vast range of opportunities for companies, mentors, supervisors, registered training organisations, government, apprentices and trainees to be involved in. When a project is ready to commence, we interview our members to see who is the right fit for the project. Successful applicants are then offered the opportunity to work on a project.
